What if 50% of Your Customers Don’t Have a Phone Line?
Welcome to the new world of reaching 25-29 year olds! Fifty percent do not have a phone landline. It’s interesting data.

But, the most important question is “what are the implications for your business”?
For market researchers, as an example, if you do a phone survey, your data for this demographic group might be very INACCURATE! And, bad data is much worse than no data.
