His counsel is sought after by senior executives of organizations, from multi-billion dollar, international Fortune 500 companies to small entrepreneurial start-ups. His work has gained national attention (e.g. CBS 60 Minutes).

Life Story. Len’s unique life experiences enrich both audiences and consulting clients. In addition to his three decades in marketing, Len is a former police officer, professional photographer, university instructor, and long-distance bicyclist (3,000 miles through the U.S. & Canada). He has traveled extensively and worked with gangs, prostitutes and heroin addicts in the inner cities of America and the poor, hungry and homeless of foreign countries.
Personal. Len lives and works in both the beautiful city of Portland, Oregon and the foothills of the majestic Cascade Mountains. He’s been married for 35+ years to Deb, a mental health counselor and art therapist. They have two grown daughters.
